You can place orders either online or via telephone as outlined below. You must be 18 years of age or older to order from Rock Sports Cards. Please be sure to also read our accepted payment options.
Online: Simply put the desired items into your shopping cart then “check out”. I can't really write this section without access to the site, I don't know how to place an order on the site!

Phones are manned Monday thru Saturday afternoons 12:00noon – 5:00pm EST. Email and phone messages are typically returned same day or within 24 hours.

Payment Options
Credit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards issues in the USA including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Ddo not share info and take great measures to protect it. Click here for more information on our privacy policy and security measures.
Paypal: We accept paypal. After checking out, proceed to www.paypal.com and send your payment to rock@RockSportsCards.com . If you have any questions or problems, please email rock@RockSportsCards.com or call 585-202-4235 for help.
Money Orders/Cashiers Checks: We accept money orders and cashiers/bank checks issued on U.S. banks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Rock Sports Cards. Orders are typically shipped within one business day of receipt.
Checks: We accept checks issued on U.S. banks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Rock Sports Cards. Orders are shipped after the check clears, typically within 7-10 business days.
Bank Wire: Ideal for international orders! Bank wire transfers are a secure and easy way to pay for your order. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to provide the information you will need to transfer funds to us quickly. Please note that your bank may charge a fee for the transfer. If the amount you are transferring exceeds $500, we will credit a portion of your bank's service charge!

Pre-Order
We pre-sell most new releases, so you can lock in early and be sure to have it immediately upon release! Orders typically ship within 1 business day of release date. Please note that release dates can change; we are not responsible for delays due to release date changes. All sales are final. You agree to purchase this product at the advertised price when you submit your order. You are locked in at the price at that time regardless of whether the item value later increases or decreases. This is the inherent risk associated with buying any product, anywhere. If it goes up, we don't ask you to pay more. If it goes down, you can't pay less. We buy the product as you order it and we maintain roughly the same margin as the market value increases or decreases. If you locked in at a higher price, we paid a higher price to get it for you.
Some presells require full funds up front, while others require only a deposit to lock in, so please read the item descriptions carefully! Our current price is your down payment. The remaining balance due will be listed in the detailed item description and must be received by us at least two weeks prior to release to avoid shipping delays. Deposits are non-refundable.

All of our product comes from factory-sealed cases and is guaranteed clean, not tampered with. In any way Beware when shopping online and in hobby stores where unscrupulous dealers “break” cases and re-pack product, or simply sell the remaining boxes and packs after they get the good hit. Purchasing trading card products from mass-Retail stores is usually just as bad. Retail versions of product usually have worse odds of getting the better cards, plus exclude hobby-exclusive insert cards. Also, many trading card products sold in mass-Retail are “re-packaged”, usually excluding most better cards that can be sold more profitably individually.

Many upcoming releases are also available for you to pre-order, allowing you to lock in early and guarantee that you get it right away! Price Changes
Due to market forces beyond our control, products change value over time, including new products not yet released! If you pre-order or buy an item then the item price goes down you will not get a refund, and if the item price goes up you will not have to pay more. When pre-ordering upcoming releases, the price you “lock-in” at is the total price you will be required to pay. No more, no less. If you decide not to pay the balance due on a product for which you paid a deposit, all or some of your deposit may not be refunded.

Cancellations & Returns
Canceled Orders: You may attempt to cancel your order before we ship it. If we are able to stop it before it ships, in most cases you will be fully refunded or issued store credit. If we are not able to stop shipment, then the below Return Policy applies. Exception: At your request we MAY be able to stop a shipment in transit and have it returned to us for an additional intercept charge. You will be 100% responsible for any and all additional charges, which must be paid before the package can be intercepted. Intercepts are not always successful, there are no guarantees or refunds of intercept charges.
Returns: We typically do not accept returns. Items returned without authorization will receive a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. Once you tear any shrink-wrap, break a factory seal, or open a case, box, pack, or similar, a product can not be returned. For product that is still factory-sealed, we will consider return requests on a case-by-case basis. We are sorry we can not be more flexible on this due to potential fraud. While we do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way, we have no control over manufacturer defects. Product insertion ratios typically are “on average” across an entire production run and may not be guaranteed by the manufacturer. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer. Contact information is available upon request.
Damaged in transit: If your order appears damaged, you must call us before you open or alter it in any way. Be sure to keep all shipping materials, these may be required for examination before a claim with the delivery company can be approved.
